Delay in computing, it will correct itself.

Still not updated.
I contacted support and got an answer in a few hours:

Thank you for informing us of the matter.

We'll notify our IT team to look into it and the issue should be resolved within the next week.

At least their support team answers to our emails.

Not yet. No word from support after that email and it didn't autofix either.

The problem never corrected itself but today I got the final answer from support:

We have refunded and re-downloaded back the image with the correct amount. Please see as attached.

If you need any further assistance, kindly do not hesitate to contact us.

I never had a commission on that image downloaded on the 14th but I had another download two days ago, I don't see how is that a refund.
Anyway, they fixed it very conveniently on the last day of the month, what can I say?
$0.13 minus more taxes at home, conversion fees, transaction fees, I wonder why am I still uploading?

At least, support is always very kind.
