Not sure I understand the question? Do you want to upload the JPG format only of EPS generated files? If so, just upload it as JPG and they will be considered like any other JPG files.

If you want to upload EPS, you can simultaneously upload the JPG generated file of the EPS (both must have the same name, but will obviously have different extensions). Their system will combine the meta data from the JPG and add it to the EPS file.

when the pictures are in pending section ( with description and keywords) the are waiting to be reviewed??... i do not need to do noting more?.

Smiley)) Sorry for the silly questions but until now i was exclusive to DT and the variety of upload procedures of the other agencies is confusing me a little.

LOL. I keep a little cheat sheet on my desk for what formats I need to upload to each agency. Anyway...

For 123RF, they should be good to go as long as they are keyworded.

They are now awaiting approval - you are finished for now. We all need lists for formats and requirements...... :-)
