Looks like my redeemed credit total for last year at 123rf was 998...2 credits short of a level 3 royalty percentage. I wrote them a kind email asking if it were possible to be bumped up to the next level and this was the reply.

"We regard to inform you that we are unable to do so"

Even greedy istock gives a leeway with there redeemed credit policy.
Couldn't be more disappointed. :(

That sucks, but hopefully you will bump next month (I think they calculate on the previous 12 months from the current month, rather than calendar year)

Hmmm...wasn't aware of that. Hopefully that is the case, I was under the impression that it was a calendar year thing like istock. Thanks!

It is definitely can change monthly but not sure what day it changes on.

Thanks! Feel much better knowing it is a monthly thing! I wish 123rf would have explained that to me in my support ticket.

Have you counted your credits to check that they have got them right? I pointed out that mine were miscalculated and got put up a level.

As for being given extra just because you are close to the line, that makes no sense to me. If there is a boundary it shouldn't be something that gets shifted just because someone in admin likes you/feels sorry for you. It either exists or it doesn't.

Yes I agree.  If they bump up people that need 2 more credits then the people that need 3 more will want to be bumped up as well.   The line has to be drawn somewhere.

yep like 5% or 10%, not 2 credits come on....

Now that I know that it can change monthly, I am a bit more understanding as to why they wouldn't give people a bump. However, it was my original impression that I would have to wait another 12 months for being only 2 credits short. I know a line has to be drawn somewhere, but 2 credits short for an entire years work? Like I said originally, istock even gives a cushion for their redeemed credit system.

You don't understand my point.  So if they give a 10% leeway what about the people that are 2 credits short of the 10% leeway.  All I'm saying is the line has to be somewhere.
