I had a load of images accepted at 123rf 4 days ago and still not in Portfolio. Anyone else experiencing this problem. I emailed them and all the reply said was they are fixing it give us a few days.

Thats a few days of potential sales gone.

Approval now very fast but seems to take ages for images to appear...

Patience, they seem to be in slowmo most of the time.

Interesting...I'm dealing with the same issue and found your topic posted.
My "history" total says 333 combined RF and ED yet when I go to my
"profile" it states I only have 303 images. That's been on-going for at least a week. I checked with DP and accepted images go directly on-line immediately.

I've been contributing to 123RF for a couple of years, and the approval time is generally slower than their stated goal of 1-2 days.  It usually happens overnight Sunday night or Wednesday night, and then the images appear a day or two later when they are posted to the database.

At least, that's how it's been until this month.  I've had about four dozen pix approved since April 1, and none of them have appeared yet.  In response to my inquiry, I was told that the problem was going to take just a couple of days to fix--that was over a week ago.  My second inquiry got the same response, with the additional reassurance that the images are actually there and searchable on the keywords so we aren't losing sales.  Problem is, I know my pictures and my keywords, and they aren't coming up in my searches.  I copied off the ID number of one from my history page (remembering to remove my own ID from the front of it) and the search retuned no result.  I would feel better about the whole thing if they hadn't tried to BS me about the searchability.  It makes it all very depressing and it seems pointless to upload more....

So to distract myself, I took a couple of dozen of my best, mostly those with multiple sales, and started a new account at another site.  It will keep me from brooding about the problems, and I may even make some sales, who knows?

Same here. More than three dozen approved at the very beginning of April and are still not indexed and available via search by keywords. And obviously, as per MarjorieB's post, customer support is just useless.

Mine are still not showing in my port, have contacted submissions twice now to be told "there is a problem be patient".

The reviews are being done super fast at the moment but not showing afterwards.

My last accepted image appearing in my portfolio
was on March 30th.....over 50 images accepted

I hope it will be corrected for everyone, because I also miss newer approved images in portfolio but didn't see this topic until now

Thanks

We've rectified the issue and it'll be OK tomorrow.

Please email your UID to [email protected] if same situation happens.

I did as they suggested a few days ago....hopefully they'll respond. You might try doing the same...

Most of my images have appeared in my "portfolio"
after contacting 123RF.  Best to contact them although I'm
hoping this isn't going to be an on-going problem.

I queried 2 of my rejections. With the acceptance notice the reviewer wrote "You should be able to see them in your portfolio within a week from now." So it seems that is the current waiting time before new approved images will be available and displayed.
