Hi Alex,
Recently, Contributors from China cannot upload images at www.123rf.net, When clicking the "upload image" url, we'll see the following error message :

Not Found

The requested URL /upload_step1.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Some other functions also don't work with the same 404 http error.

From a few days the uploads on 123RF are stopped "to facilitate a scheduled maintenance of our storage system".
When will uploads be allowed again?

Yeah, hope it's up again soon. Waiting to upload some more xmas images. November and first half December is time for selling xmas ones. We need to get going with uploading again Alex. Roll Eyes

Checked again today and it appeared to be working, so uploaded 2 images by ftp. System confirmed 2 images uploaded successfully but when I went to view them there was nothing in the pending review queue Cry

Update - it is the ftp which doesn't appear to be working. Uploaded via site and it worked fine.

It's been a month since the introduction of the captcha , can we have some update please .

That's the upload message I was seeing yesterday. But today I don't see it. As stated above I successfully uploaded via the site's upload page today.

When you get that 'not authorized' message you need to log out and log back in. That's what I do.

How weird. I've just got the web form uploader page up and it's working fine my end. I can see the boxes there to add my files to for uploading. Haven't got any more files ready to try it out again, but I did upload earlier. I'm using firefox browser. Shocked

Hi All,

Sorry for the silence, been trying to track down what's happening. Basically the story is this:

1. We have upgraded our storage to accommodate even more uploads
2. As part of that upgrade, we need to move your files from the old one to the new one.
3. Moving takes a long time.
4. We are moving files alphabet by alphabet to ensure that there's no universal downtime for the entire site.
5. Some of you may be affected whilst the large majority will not be.
6. Do be patient, your files are pretty large and will take a bit of time to finalize.

Thank you very much for your understanding. It's not a bug/error/problem, it's a planned maintenance.

We're moving things as fast as possible.
