On downloads page have an S ( 0,50 ) today , but on earnings page the total is -0,01.

Did you check the download page (http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php) for any refunded images?

very big glitch in fact.. I have 7 sales for today on http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission_daily.php?mth=2011-10

but have 0 on the downloads area, same thing yesterday..

p.s: everything ok now!

I too have a discrepancy. I don't know what day exactly it is from because with the new captcha every 2 hours or so I don't know when the missing sale is from, but there is one missing from today and another missing from some other day. - these sales are reported on the commission page but not the downloaded_stats page.

From others reports it sounds like sales from the last 2 days aren't reporting correctly.

First was "refunded" one, and after some minutes get first 6 Oct sale... Anyway, is likely this we get when a client change his mind?

the all refund is quite absurd! haven´t got many but have a few in all agencies (beside SS)! the buyer gets the picture and minutes later says no thanks Tongue

(but the picture in on his hd already)

Yeah. Somehow it's funny because other client like it ( like 2 others last month ).

Now i'm really curious about is happening by now. As You see on image, all sales as "S". Now earnings pass from -0.01 to 0,36 ( should be 0.50 ) , but I have one "sub" sale just now.... my guess: Same client and same image Grin

Can go more lower than this ( I haven't that image on FT ufff )

Same problem here, not yet resolved (have informed 123).
I guess if this happens to several of us at the same time, there must be something wrong...

Just wondering about "fair business":

- A customer buy my image ( direct download ).
- The customer wants to buy more pictures ( not necessarily mine ) but concludes that it is too expensive.
- Customers talk with agency and do a subcription.
- My image is changed from direct to sub.
- Client get more images for less money, Agency sell an sub and get more sales, more contributors get more sales... and I loose more than half of my image earming.

On this kind of "agreement", would be fair :

- Client could change his mind and buy a sub, but that same sub wouldn't cover earlier downloads.
- Client could include it on sub, but agency should pay an comission to contributor. Referral or not, client gone to agency because my image...

This line of thinking is too wrong?

I've got a discrepancy today too. Earlier one particular image was displayed on my downloads page and after just filling in the captcha again that image has disappeared. Then went to my earnings page and find the sale is reflected there. Returned back to the downloads page and refreshed it, but still that one image is not showing up. Weird. Undecided

My earnings and downloaded page don't agree again. I wonder if they are no longer updated in real time but now take a while to sync up. As an aside having to log in and then do the captcha seemingly every time I check the page is getting old. The login should really last more than a few hours.

Nah.. i get so confused that will only check 123RF earnings next year Grin

Sub is other image ( nothing to do with refunded one ) , thought that "Refund for another download" probally means client download wrong image (dunno).

Numbers are ok now... but that isn't a great new so far.
