Topic: Earnings page on 123rf is showing up blank this am US (EST 6:30am)

I just logged into 123rf and it took me a few tries to get in even though the username password are correct (each time it would refreshed to blank and prompting me to sign up) I managed to get in after a few tries typing in the same username/password. When I checked my earnings, everything on the earnings page (all the months Jan, Feb..., type of downloads, where they should be showing my downloads and earnings of the past months) are showing up zero across all rows and columns, is anyone else having the same problem?

Same for me, seems to be a few site bugs today, I expect that they will be corrected in due course.

The earnings page is acting up again (12:54 pm Wed 21st EST US), with some months showing up as zero across all columns Sad

Alex (of 123rf), are you following this post Sad
I am sending him an email about it. I am sure (I hope he is aware of it)

I don't have that problem, but I noticed that the "old report" is always more updated. I can only see today's sales in the "old report", although they appear in the day's and month's summary.

I just received a reply from Alex in response to the email I sent him today:

I quote below:

This is a cascading effect from the problem we had the day before. I've asked the IT team to look into it. We should resolve the problem soon. Thanks for informing us!

so he is looking into it.

Now it is broken completely - all contributor pages (except root one) return
"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading"

I use ProstockMaster to upload and haven't been able to get through all day. I hope the repairs come in soon.

ok, I can't get beyond Main page if I managed to login, have had trouble since this morning (12 hours ago, I am in US PST). This is not looking good, if the contributors are having trouble, the buyers will surely be equally frustrated if not more Sad

Designers' side seems ok - can't check actual buying features though.  Phtotographers section allows login but everything else - including logout - gives a page load error.

Everyone else have this problem?

Yep, tried uploading last night but kept getting the error: "Safari can’t open the page “http://submit.123rf.com/submit/upload_step1.php” because it could not connect to the server “submit.123rf.com”.

Same thing this morning  Undecided

Really hope it's nothing too serious and they get it sorted soon.

I am able to login (US PST 5:41am), all the Photographers pages appear ok.
This problem has been rather frequent of late, they need to fix the root of the problem soon - lost 2-3 days of sales Sad

My few sales are all there.  Check the "old downloaded report", it always works better for me.

Yes, I did that, but it showed the same result - it was only a subscription sale, anyway, and I'm sure it will be back sometime Smiley
