My last month was bad.  Really really bad.  Today is the 5th of November and already I am just a few cents short of what I made in all of October.

Why?  Marketing?  Glitch?  Contributor activity?  Search rotation?

The only factor I can think of is that I didn't upload a single photo in October and I've sent a handful this month.  Has anyone noticed if your own level of contributions affect this site that much?

Is 123 another Beast that needs to be fed?

I had a BME there last month thanks to 2 ELS along with higher than usual normal sales.  I definitely notice sales going down there when I don't upload for a while.  I've uploaded quite a bit last month so I suppose that is why I have done reasonable well.

For any agency that has a "newest first" or in the case of 123, a "latest" option for buyer searches, it is always to your advantage to upload fresh images. Otherwise, you just exclude yourself out of the up front image pool that is returned to the buyer. Make sense?

Constantly increasing for me. Had a BME in October and a great start in November.

If uploading new images counts in 123RF, then it explains my poor months lately, as I haven't uploaded anywhere for months.  In October I had 1/3 of my BME in June.  This month I had only one sale - at least it was not subs!

Most of what I sell there are my faved images.

Regards,
Adelaide

At first I had a good experience; everything went south after a quick payout.

I managed to get 140 images accepted and averaged about ten to tewelve sales per month afterward.

I just requested that my account be closed as they just rejected 25 of 26 images all for "Lighting/composition".  I have no complaint; I figure that is their way of saying "Hit the road jack!"  You might say they must have taken on one or more of Fot reviewers.  Huh

Since I have been accepted by Alamy, I'm not going to miss them very much.

Good luck!

This month, I have already sold more images there than ever before.  Unfortunately, they're all subs, and I doubt that it will even be a BME unless I sell one or two non-subs in the next 10 days.

They've picked up over past couple of months at 123. I wish all the sites had consistently good weeks. I always think "all right, things are finally happening" only to find that they un-happen the following week.

Pretty bad month despite adding new pictures all time: ~25% of my BME (September).

they've been a steady haul for me...not great but hit a payout every 2 mos...
some of their rejections have gotten a bit wonky as of late but there are other sites out there that are far worse with payouts / rejections.

I can't seem to significantly grow my earnings on 123 no matter how much I upload.  Last month was up by a few $ (very few $) and I was hoping for an upward trend finally, but this month appears to be back to the average.
