Topic: how do you tell how many sales an image has had? (123RF)

I realize this might better be answered on a site forum - if they had one.

I used to be able to see the total number of sales when I looked at the "faved" section, but I don't see them there anymore. Were they removed because this allowed people to see sales that weren't reported and paid? Are the totals listed somewhere else?

In any case, this is a useful statistic to me and I would like to know if someone else has found this somewhere, as the site keeps changing and isn't always logical for me.

Looks like they are trying to close any possibility to find out what was sold and when. "Either trust us, or go away"

I am going to do latter if they do not fix this soon.

Just trust them....If they want they can show lower sales anyway. It's a matter of trust and 123 always replies to emails with questions about this matter.

Hımm, I believe they trust but this is highly doubt case that must be clear in public. Not case by case. I seen and noted some irregular statistics in 123RF in April and just now I can't track my sales count !?

Regardless of the trust issue, I'd like to know how many sales and views and image has had. If nothing else, it would help for determining what images to fave or which ones to un-fave. Hopefully once they get all their glitches worked out this information will be available to us again.

Go to the downloads tab and type a date range from the time you signed up until current date.  I think that should give you the info you want?

I can see how to get the daily data for a specific month, but I don't see how to get a date range beyond that on the 123rf  download_stats page. It is quite possible I am missing something though.

Hi everyone!

We have hidden the download counter due to some bugs. The counter notification will be hidden until further notice.

Hence, for the time being,  kindly take the download stats as the most authoritative source of the image's performance at: http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php    AND   http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php

Sorry for the inconveniences.

Thank you.

Regards,
Anglee

Cheesy ha ha ha ha ha ha ha....  sorry bro, not laughing AT you...laughing at the situation...   one of my complaints for years about 123...   and one of the reasons I finally bailed out.  123rf was most assuredly NOT worth my effort.
Here's wishing you success in knowing what you actually did sell and what they actually should be paying you.  Cool=tom

Thanks! Perhaps if you change the dashboard title from "Download" to "Downloaded" or something else it would be easier to find it?

I have stopped uploading at 123RF because of this situation. That problem have been there for too long and i think they just don`t want to fix it. I will not waste time with them until they will be transparent and sincere about our downloads.

And there is not just one problem. At least in my case, when i look into Faved category, all my last 130 plus images have ZERO views and ZERO downloads. But when i looked at downloaded files i`ve observed that many of them had been downloaded, and not just once.

Also, i can`t find some of my images when i want to Fav them. These images are online but can`t find them in `Manage My Fave Images` section.

Check this, maybe you are in the same situation.
