I got this via email.  It looks very suspicious as to why 123 lowered our ranks....to ensure we did not fall into the upper size bucket. I say this because it would be much harder to earn a higher ranking now. Win for 123, lose for contributors.

I got the same message.  I'm not exactly sure what it means because I don't know the old pricing but does this mean they are selling ELs for 6 credits?  If so, it is time to cut the cord - already stopped uploading but maybe time to ditch them completely.  They now earn so little they won't be missed.

It looks like an improvement and a setback at the same time. They eliminated the 1 and 3 price credits and moved them up to 2 and 4 where other sizes were. My top XXL or EPS was 10, so I guess there are no more "big" sales. I guess it is what it is. Considering the site is mostly small sales, it seems like a net increase, but it is hard to tell because EPS sales always throw a bump into revenue everywhere. That's probably not the case for photographers though... pshh, always dragging us illustrators down.

I guess it really depends on how much this pushes buyers into subs and what the RC they give us for the sale - of course it should at a minimum be what the RC was for the 2, 4, and 6 credit sales.

It looks like now the credit prices are S - 1, M-2, ML -3 up to XXL at 6 and then XXL tiff at 10. No notice of what happens to that.

I suppose we just need to brace ourselves for more "exciting news", although if they get much more exciting they won't be worth even checking for sales anymore.

I just got 6 refunds from nov, 2017. Very very funny ...  My "earning page" is start to be "refund page".

At last it is only "big news" not "exciting" ones.
So, really, I think that it could not be better  :P

Don't think s, I think it is just to do with image sizes not ELs

It seems like some details have been added back to this page: https://www.123rf.com/contrib_structure.php compared to when I posted the same link 1-2 months ago (it was basically blank)

But there are still 'old' details in there as well, such as the huge variety of image sizes. So perhaps a work in progress.

The targets seem to be in there though. Eg:  (1,000-4,999) for Rank 2. 4,999 was the cut of for Rank 4 previously I believe. Sure looks like a huge proportion of contributors will be stuck at rank 2, or maybe 3 if for some reason 123RF does well with your kind of images.

The rate they don't sell I'll be stuck in rank 1 forever I reckon I won't be the only one.

Awe *. I guess it'll take even longer to get my payout ... I'm up to $17.79. Go 123rf go!

(I've had 144 images there since like 2013. lol)

In 2011 when I first started with 123rf, my lowest earning came in at $0.36.

Today, 7 long years later, my average earning is $0.21.  :o Why is anyone still contributing to this agency? Meanwhile their advertising pitch to buyers is "Unbelievably low prices". And guess who the victims are?
