We know that this is a long awaited feature. It's going to be up soon.

We would like your help to get these items translated into the following languages:

In addition, the downloaded images page has also been upgraded:

We hope this gives you a clearer view on how you're performing on 123RF.

The old reports are still valid. Languages other than English will still use the old reporting until we can translate the items above.

Hi Alex,

How often are the new charts updated ?
I've had a credit sale today (Aug 7th) that shows on the "old downloaded report" but not in "Daily earnings" or "download stats".

Just one tiny nitpick, on downloaded_stats.php, the images are sorted by image number, oldest first, would it be possible to have them sort by different columns? The most handy I can think of are by last download descending and image number descending, though it would be nice to be able to click any of the headers and have the list sort by that.

Since you posted this announcement I thought you may help me decipher those abbreviations on my “Earnings” page.

So, what are those letters stand for: B W P U TF MH PEL EEL CEL MS ?

I would guess the TF stands for TIFF. Then the rest still doesn’t make sense to me. Is there some kind of page with explanations that I was not able to find?

Simply open one of your photos, and look at the price chart.
The *EL are the extended licenses :

PEL : Print Only Extended License
EEL : Electronic Only Extended License
CEL : Comprehensive Extended License
MS : Multi-seat License

The price category names show up when you hover your mouse over them.

I prefer the old style earnings page, which you can still see by using this link.

YES - please allow us to sort by column headers. As of now the display is completely useless

The old page says I have 11 sales so far this month, while the new page says I have only 8. I think I prefer the old page.

I seem to have had serious problem since the launch of the new earning/downloaded pages. I have just compared the numbers from old and new versions of earning and downloaded pages and the data received from the StockMon software. I have got different numbers - e.g. downloaded images are 8, 8, 9, 10 and 11. Even when I was doing the test I noticed a credit download had gone missing. Does anybody have similar problems? What is going on there?

Oops, I missed their previous message. My problem might have been caused by their new once-a-day batch system. I hope they will solve this soon so that we can check our numbers on-line again.

Yes, there is a great problem obviously. I almost started to be afraid I am the only one to have difficulty. Since they introduced the new (and I would say not much lucid but very complicated) earnings and downloads pages I have not been able to find any accurate data. I always have to go to Old Downloaded Report which is BTW the only one to be working properly. The rest of their complicated new many-columned charts does not show the downloads for several days. I am still missing a download from Aug 30th and another one from yesterday. They are both in the Old Downloads Report but nowhere else. Not even in the Old Earnings which is very annoying since I cannot check my earnings quickly any more. I wish they had not changed the old page! I liked it much more than the complicated new and it WORKED properly and i real time.
