The old page is at least one day behind. The new page is at least two days behind. The old page is now showing yesterday's sales, but the new page still shows nothing in September yet.

It wasn't broke, why did they 'fix' it? The new page is useless even if it worked. I don't want to know how many times I sold image #408933 this month. I want to know what I sold today.

Agree completely. I am not interested in the information the new page offers. I need to know only HOW MANY files I sold and HOW MUCH MONEY. And I would like to see it in the simplest way and in real time. Why didn't they keep the old page in place and add a link to the new "improved" for the people who would be interested? I envy the non-English users! They still have the old page...

Click on what month where? On the monthly earning page, the month isn't a link. I click on downloads and it defaults to the new view in January 2005. I change it to the right month and year and it brings up the new view and I don't see a month to click on there. So I go back to the old view.

If there is something that works, please tell us how to get there.

The commission page doesn't show accurate information. There are sales missing, which you can find on "Downloaded" page. However, generally 123rf has a problem with math, since you can easily find a number of accepted photos on "history" page and then another number in your portfolio. One day the commission or old "earnings" page will show the correct number of downloads, next day you might find some of the sales missing.
This lasts for a very long time now. How hard is it to have a developer or two take care of these problems?

I'm taking advantage here to mention also the poor FTP transfer, compared to ANY other agency, also the slow loading pages and the annoying login page that pops every other hour or so, when i want to check my stats. Haven't people heard of a mighty checkbox "Remember me on this computer" that will retain the session for a longer period of time on the server?

Perhaps it's time you change the infrastructure, get a larger bandwith, new hardware and of course, new software developers. Because it really doesn't look professional.

Also, once in a while a little feedback from 123rf staff would be appreciated on the site's forum, since there are people there asking questions and nobody replies.

Alex, I hadn't seen that page, since, like others here, I usually click on Downloaded, not Earnings. This is because, again like most others, I want to see what sold today, not just how many.

Maybe a compromise would be to leave the new earnings page as is, but return the downloaded link to the old view.

It is darn annoying. Just when 123rf started to sell almost everyday for me, I have to go through tons of clicks to the old "downloaded" page, to be able to find what I sold.
And 123rf seem that they couldn't care less about this, since nobody is replying at least to tell us how long will it take to get things back at least to the "normal" before the change. That is, a list of sales that updates constantly, not once in 2 days.

I apologize if we seem to portray that we couldn't care less. That is unfortunately not the case.

Personally I have brought this matter up to the IT department countless times. After just speaking to them again, they tell me that the delay time of reporting is something that concerns them and are trying to get to the core of the problem. Not only that, they realize the importance of this so right now they are trying to implement a quick fix or some sort of compromise.

Well, I criticized them very loudly so now I must give praise where praise should be given. Their report pages seem to have started working properly and in real time at last! And about time too...

Oh, you are right. I was too quick to praise them. It is still not working...
