New images not posting to portfolio

Hello,

My portfolio has not been updating with my newly accepted images for a week now. I have already contacted 123RF three times and it still has not been resolved, though I was told it would be escalated to their IT department. Oddly though, the number on the top right of my portfolio indicating the number of images I have accepted updates but the new images do not show up.

Is any one else experiencing this?  :(

Just checked, same here. I was wondering why new files hadnt picked up any sales yet.

Very frustrating! I have written to them again...no reply yet and it isn't fixed.  >:(

If 123RF is reading this, please could we have an estimate on a fix?

Same issue.
I have decided to upload some of my images to 123RF and test if it sells or not. But nothing happens after submission and still waiting.
I guess my test is over from now. On weekend I will delete images.

Hi, I realized my latest images is on "new" in my portfolio, but it on the last pages.I already email them to fix the problem.
