I just had an interesting conversation with a customer service rep at 123rf.  Would not transfer me to anyone regarding a contributor account.  Said that I needed to continue emailing regarding my payout which is over a month late.  I have emailed numerous times with no response.  She then told me she is not allowed to transfer me (contributors) to her supervisor.  I am quickly getting tired of this would really like my payment.

Any ideas?

I just reviewed my recent payments from 123RF... looks like I've been getting regular payments on the 15th of each month, though I didn't get one in February.  I'm guessing I didn't hit the threshold... is it $50?   Could it be that you didn't hit the threshold and that's why you didn't see a payment yet?

They also withheld my payment which was due last month. There was no response to my emails either.

My balance is now in the negative. I will see if they pay me this month. I cannot believe they are taking such a low route in treating its contributors.

Wow, a lot of this going around these days. I see I am due for a payment as well. I cancelled my Crestock account because of this. May have to do the same to 123 as well.

Oh my.  I have US$84 with them, and it may take months at my current sales rate there to reach the minimum US$100 for MB withdrawal.  Maybe I should change to PP?  If I change now, will I get paid (in theory) next week or only in April?

I passed 100 $ recently on 123RF....

When 123RF makes payouts, every 15th of month or...?

I get PayPal payments, and my payment history shows amounts like $64, $72, $58, etc. on the 15th of each month.  I did not get one in February, though.  It might be the case that my balance was not $50 by the payment cutoff date, but it's hard to tell.  I will definitely be due a payment March 15, so if I don't see one, it will be clear there's serious cashflow troubles at 123.  I won't shed too many tears if they go under -- they were never a big earner for me -- but I would want a final cashout just for the principle of it.

I emailed them late last month about the lack of payout for January.  Their reply referred to the accounting problems they were having and asked for patience.  I hope and expect that they'll catch up pay for January and February some time over the next week.

When I last contacted 123 they also told me they had some accounting issues and to be patient.  I have been up to this point but now I would like my payment.  I know my $50 threshhold was cleared but no payment in February.  Maybe it will fall into the March cycle.  Would be nice if they would keep us informed.
