even after I enter captcha, I still can't reach my earnings page..

About 1/3 of the tries brings up this message: You are not authorized to view this page

Just create a ticket for it and they will react (and hopefully fix it quickly for you). It has been addressed in another thread.

This message appears when I try to reload page but I was automatically logged off after some time of inactivity meanwhile. I click on "account" and log in again.
