@LSD: We've tried logging in on several intervals today but it seems to be all fine. Are you still facing issues?

@ Ivelin Radkov: The missing royalties issue has already been fixed last week and you can find an explanation here:

I was not able to log in this morning.  It seems intermittent.  It happened yesterday as well but I went back later and was already logged in?

Up until a week ago, I did not have to log in at each session.  Did that change?

Yup..still the same problem. Heres what I do.

I go to 123rf.com. Then I click Earnings. After a slow loading time it has me log in. After that I get this message...

If I click on any link it asks me to login. It then errors out, but going back in immediately works.

The requested URL /submit/commission.php was not found on this server.

MY guess is that the login page is supposed to redirect you to where you wanted to go, and something has changed in the file structure so the code no longer works.

I'm also having this problem. On top of that I've been redirected to login when I click on history for quite a while now.

Occasionally I am logged out. Maybe their servers are overwhelmed?

Had an e-mail from 123 this morning that said they had made some changes to their computers and I needed to re-upload four images (they listed the I.D. numbers).  But when I checked, those four images were still in my portfolio, but four editorial images I had uploaded earlier were missing.  Sent a note to submission for clarification.

Yes, I'm still having problems logging in. I get an error message.

Also, I'm getting more rejections than usual, so something must be wrong ;-)))

Yep... I log in and it goes to the 404 error.  I come back and am logged in.

BUT... if I close the current browser (or use a different one) it starts all over again.  Log in ... get an error message ... try again.

Annoying but at least I can see which images have been rejected.   Tongue

Same deal it says not found and then I click on earnings and I'm logged in and fine. Well except I lost money since Dec. and today lost some more money. At this rate my account will be zero by the Ides of March.  Wink

I'm not having any login problems, however, I've had 85 photos waiting to be inspected for over three weeks.

I sent an e-mail to Alex about 10 days ago....I received a receipt to acknowledge that it had been read, but I did not receive a reply.

This week, I rang their office, and asked to speak to Alex.  The receptionist said that he was on the phone, and asked for my details.  She said that he would call me back.  Once again, I've heard nothing!  It's not like 123RF.....all of my images have always been inspected very promptly after uploading.

Is anyone else having a similar problem?

same here...when you get the error, click your "back" browser button twice, then click "earnings" again...there, now doesn't that simplify things !

Hi Phillip,

We did not mean to ignore you Smiley but a lot of us (the reviewers) are on vacation and we're moving as fast as we can to review all images. We will only be back full force starting mid next week.

Your further patience is appreciated. ALSO! The receptionist gave me a funny name, that wasn't yours.

Alex

bailed out months ago.... was getting to be too much hassle....  endless problems, loggin in,  balances changing...  I thought they had the worst sales tracking in the industry (least for me)....  .... and took me forever to hit a payout due to no sales even though my highest moving images were there...   Hasta la Vista, baby.. Cool=tom

I have had the same issue but I found that after getting the error if I take out everything after 123rf.com and hit enter I can navigate the site again and be logged in

I have tried to email support there today but can not get past the security code. I am always told that I entered it wrong when I haven't! First time I haven't rec'd my payment there by the 17th and starting to wonder. Just wanted to send an email to ask but couldn't do it!
