Problems logging in, then the new Agreement screen - but earnings stats all wrong and main info section ('more') inaccessible.
Assuming it isn't just me...!

I was just about to post about this:

- Agreement keeps popping up when trying to view downloads (a confirm button would have been better)
- Earnings back to 0
- Donated free image gone
- Stats wrong

Please fix asap, thank you.

The same is happening to me, also.  According to the site, I have never had a sale.....every month is recording zero sales.  Huh

What the heck is wrong with all the sites at the moment?  With missing payments at Veer, Dreamstime going down all the time, the tax problems at Depositphotos, the model release upload problems at Photodune, the frustrating situation on iStock....it's enough to give people high blood pressure!!!  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

We had a bit of a hiccup but our pro developers found the bug and squished it soon after. The queries however, are cached, so some might still encounter problems ... do give it some time, about a couple of hours.

Thanks!

Alex.

You mean we're getting reimbursed for these sales within a couple of hours? If that's the way it'll go down, I owe you an apology (for not having more faith in you and calling 123RF messed up) Wink

Something else I've noticed lately.

Sales in downloads seem to appear/disappear, anyone else?

It's been happening for a while. This site is buggy as hell in the last months. It looks worse than IS and IS started to have even more problems when they reached 10 mil, it looks like the same thing is happening here

It's not that bad a bug, as long as the sale is registered in the end.

123RF is a good performer for me so no complaints.

and how odd that after my post yesterday this morning all my accepted images were appearing in my port AND I had one sale through too.  I should post here more often if it brings sales.

Well, with the commission changes and now the site problems, I guess they're trying to emulate Istock in every way.

With 62 images in your port you surely did not expect hundreds of sales? My port 1176 - sales mtd 62. I am not a big seller, but this is a very good month for me. You do the calculations on your odds of selling images with your size port.....

Grin maybe they both need to reduce rates so they can save up for decent developers...
