James stated that Alamy images are not indexed by Google and explained that there were test damages cases in the US and EU, there will be a new contract in January which will include a clause that states that the Alamy contributors images can be included in external searches.

Tighter QC:
James stated that there was no change in the QC process and the reason for some photographers getting more rejections was because they were looking at more images in ratio to each batch.
