Can someone preferably the person who disagreed with this statement explain why they marked it down? Its exactly the information I wanted? Thanks Sebalos

If you click on the "3 Months" drop down in "Balance of Account" do you see it as "paid" rather than pending? It's probably just disappeared from the current month's balance

It's a little different with Alamy since your sales need to add up and they need to clear.
I'd been at $60.75 in my "clear balances" waiting for at least one from a recent flurry of sales to clear for ages, and currently have a message on my "My Alamy" page saying I'll be paid on July 1 - since I won't be paid until July 1, my sales are still showing in my account including in "Balance of Account" for the current month. Next month it will only show uncleared sales unless I click the "3 Months" drop down.

Now in terms of when it hits PayPal, I'm not really sure but I think it usually hits by the 10th so your payment should show up soon. They may be slow but they are reliable, so I wouldn't worry.

They said it had been paid I'm not really worried - just wanted to know when I SHOULD be worried 8)

Alamy pays mid month, around the 15th like a lot of sites.  But they send out the payment notification first thing in the new month.  I agree its confusing.

They send out two notices. One that is a PDF file with your payment amount but you don't receive the actual payment until a week or so later as PB points out.

I've never had any sort of notice - email, PDF, anything. The money disappears from my Alamy account sometime near the beginning of the month, and a few days later shows up in my bank account.

Alamy money used to be in Paypal in 6-8 days. Now it's takes two weeks. There is no saint.

Thats interesting. I wonder if it is a usa thing. I consistently get a pdf of my forthcoming payout.

Same here. So it was about 5 days between notice to payment.

Me too! Think I got the notice on the dot of 1 st month. If Alamy are reading this it would be helpful if your notification said something like "funds will reach your account by 15th of the month" as it gave the impression it would be there straightaway. Off to shop to buy something bright and shiny now  ;D
