I've tried several times (over several days) to request payout with no success. It won't let me select method of payment -- ie: PayPal.
Is it just my account?

I wrote to support but still no response.

Are you seeing the radio buttons for payment method on the right-hand side of your main commissions page?
I got a payment request through a couple of days back with no problem.

I asked payment today - no problems

except a minor layout glitch: the request button was half hidden (see screenshot); maybe radiobuttons to choose payment methods are just hidden in your case, have you tried using another browser?

I'm seeing the radio buttons but the only one that allows me to select is "convert to credits."
I clicked on PayPal button but nothing happens.
I click on Request Payout (something like that) and it tells me "Select Payout Method"
just a vicious circle.
Huh

Is your balance up to the minimum required? I'm not sure how much that is, $100 maybe.

they have decreased it for 30$ a few months ago

It has to be over $30 plus it takes a week to clear recent sales to go into your overall earnings. Go to your commissions page and look at the commissions payable and not payable. If it doesn't add up at the bottom to over $30 then you have to wait for your other commissions to clear then the radio check box should not be greyed out.

Thanks Anita. It is EXACTLY $30. I was beginning to suspect the OVER was the key word. No Rush. Just concerned that I broke something. Tongue
