I suspect your sample size doesn't allow for statistically valid conclusions... I mean, BigStock as the most fussy with highest rejection rate?? It can't be right... :)

hi Pr2is,

I agree for the size of the pics but I cannot post full size on the blog:(
Sample is small but I experienced recently some funny rejections from BigStock when they say picture is blurry ? The exact same pics were accepted on both IS and SS..
On my example see the painters picture.
Wonder if other people got odd rejections from them
So far my approval rate is 53 % at BigStock it is higher for SS

BigStock ranks with Fotolia for me as well. 123 is at the bottom of the heap. The only thing that keeps me from ending my account with them as I did CanStock is that I do make an occasional sale.

Oh no no, I mean sample size, not image size, as in too few images in your test to judge the fussiness/rejection rate :) Sorry if it was unclear.

You may have encountered higher rejection % at BigStock in a small number of images in your test sample as a fluctuation, not as a statistically valid trend is what I mean. Or maybe there is something particular in your style and technique of shooting that doesn't sit well with their reviewers although I would be hard pressed to try and guess what it could be. But overall BigStock fussiness is way below IS and SS, this is not just my experience but widely acknowledged
