trying to login, but receive the following message:

Login failed due to administrative reason.

FTP is not working the last couple of days for me.

Hello,

Sorry to sound like a broken record - but please forward all information to Support.  We need the exact account name to be able to look up the account and troubleshoot any issues, since this isn't widespread (the same goes for FTP).  The team can only troubleshoot the issue or check the user account if they have that information and a description of the circumstance in which the issue occurred.

I've had problems uploading via html interface, you select you files and upload, goes through the motions and then just returns to the upload interface.

Been trying to login since this morning. The site hangs for a few seconds as if it's trying to log-in, then reverts to the original homepage (not-logged-in page).

Facing same problem, contacted BS support through http://www.bigstockphoto.com/contactus.html (http://www.bigstockphoto.com/contactus.html) and within few hours received reply from them that problem has been resolved. I tried again and successfully login.

What . is wrong with bigstock?
Can't log inside due to administrative reason
Can't retrieve password 'cause my mail in unknown in the system
My images are disappearing
Ridiculous
I didn't receive a message or a mail
This is so strange

Have the same problem with log in for more than two weeks!
Support tried to help but without any result.
Now they just stopped answering my emails!
