No experience but if you search for Photo Loon Scam you'll find out why these places are very scary and you should deal with reliable places like Adorama, B&H or a local store.

They promise a low price and then tack on expensive accessories and shipping. The game is played on the phone and they have your order, which you may have to fight tooth and nail to cancel. Known for high pressure sales and sometimes when it says "body only" that's what you'll get. No charger, no battery, no manuals, just a camera body!

Don't fall for it.

If you wonder why all these places are at the same address, maybe that will cause some more caution.

ASV Electronics, d.b.a. Photomania, ShopPhotomania.com, a.k.a. US1 Camera, US1Camera.com and US1Photo.com, a.k.a. PhotoLoon.com, a.k.a. PrimoCameras.com

also check them out on reseller ratings
http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Photo_Loon

there are some good ratings - maybe true or maybe fake and also some bad ratings.  Make sure you read the bad ratings and are aware of the potential problems.

Hello NEW MEMBER!

Why would anyone shop at your photoloon. If I was the mod here, I would move this topic to the relevant section: Garbage Bin!

I'll leave this thread up as it is more of a warning to people thinking of buying there than an ad for it.

Go with BH Photo, Amazon, Adorama, or a local camera shop you trust.

Hi Cidepix,
Thanks for your response but Photoloon is not mine and I have a name (not new member), by the way you're more "new" than I am.

You have to watch though how the "good" reviews are worded. Sometimes the good ones are input by employees that watch RR. Watch for things like the same spelling errors and similar phrasing.
