Well almost anyway. This new 70-300, is amazing, tested it extensivly and I must say, at focal 300, it just falls mildly short of my Prime 300. 2.8, and that says a lot.
Its a typical f8-f11, optic and totally faultless up to around 250. At 300, its slightly soft in corners but then again, so is my 4 times more expensive, 300. 2.8.

Canon tele-zooms are really great.
