I can not log in to contributor page , They said " Your account has been closed."
I did not close my account and I search my image on web my image is still online on website and can buy it.
I try click forget password and I got email to reset password but when I click through link it can not reset ,they said "We are having trouble with your last request."
I contact to canstockphoto via website but still no respond from them,
Anyone got same situation as mine?

Canstockphoto account can be close by user from edit account / cancel account. After confirmation account can be closed. May be some one get into your account and close it.
OR
Sometime Duncan closed contributor account due to fraud / infringement / complaint.

Better wait for respond from CanstockPhoto and also update us about further progress.

It's not just the original poster. My account has also been closed as well.
No payment of any funds that where in the account has been made AND my images are still available for license.
How can they still sell images and profit when they closed my account so have no way to compensate me.

Your profile seems to be online, therefore the account should be active. I suspect you have 'login problems'.
3 possibilities:
- Canstock is having some IT glitches
- You enter the password incorrectly, I would try another browser, make sure caps lock is not on, etc. Perhaps you changed the password and forgot about that.
- Somebody hacked your password or emails and changed the password on CS. If that's the case I would quickly change all passwords, but from a computer that you are sure is not infected with malware.
Try to request a new password from CS. There should be something like "forgot password".

hmm i didn't made this request.
and i had some photos in review... i don't understand!

my account was closed once, and after sending emails back and forth, they openned it again, and never told me why it was closed.

yeah just tried to log in to get payout and it also says my account is closed, but all my pics still up for sale.....

Been waiting 1 month to get a reply from Canstock from numerous attempts when my account had some IP issues when I logged in from a different country. Can't even reset my password.
What a joke site, why did I even bother with them? Next one to bite the dust imo.
Update:
They finally responded and issue sorted, but took much longer than is reasonable.
