I don't know how the rest of you are all going on CanStockPhoto but, for me, sales have really started to pick up!

I've had two decent-sized sales during April....one for $26.06 and another for $19.80.  On top of that I had quite a few subscription and guest sales.  Let's hope this is a sign of things to come! Smiley

Sales for me picked up when they were bought by Fotosearch.  Those $20 + sales are making it a lot easier to reach payout.

That said, I haven't seen any particular uptick in sales the past couple of months.  In fact, they have dropped a bit for me.

I suggest that it's not random or luck but a trend.  CanStockPhoto has been on a slow and steady rise for me for the past few months as well.  Averaging about $6/day on a port of about 800 images.

fotosearch sales at about $20 are nice and really happen at times, but I join the "random" theory

They have been slow for me this year, but they are an easy site to deal with.they have a easy upload process and the occasional big sales helps.

CanStockPhoto has always been a low earner for me and this hasn't changed.  I don't get a US$19.80 since july.

I was about ready to give up on CanStockPhoto until the Fotosearch deal.  Those $20 sales are nice.

I'm more and more impressed with CanStockPhoto every day.  Seeing almost daily Fotosearch Regular sales now.  CanStockPhoto is now blowing BigStock and 123 out of the water.  It's still a good distance behind the Big 4, but well ahead of the rest of the Middle Tier, which I now see as a bunch of underperformers.  For me, the ones that matter are the Big 4 + 1 (CanStockPhoto)... plus maybe Graphic Leftovers which is showing great promise... delivering a sale a day ($2.60 commission) on average.

I am glad to hear your positive reactions, but in last 1000 views I hadn't any sale...

Before that sales were very good, sometimes with several FS sales in a single day...

But I am not loosing my religion in CanStockPhoto... Wink

it's difficult to make statistics based on a relatively low number of sales - however some fotosearch sales now and then make CanStockPhoto worthwhile for me

I had a FS sale this month, but subs. It's been almost a year without a real sale there.

they normally compete with 123 and BigStock for 5-7 rank for me, this month is a bme and managed to earn more than the other 2 combined.

Yes! At about $20 each even few of those sales are good (given also the easy submission process)

I disagree because the subs sales (CanStockPhoto's or FS's) are much more common than the nice higher-priced sales from FS. Given the very low performance I have in CanStockPhoto, I wouldn't recommend it. Of course, this varies from people to people, and their upload system, if I remember it right, isn't bad. So, if you are ok with subs, you may be happy with CanStockPhoto.

WOW, another download at CanStockPhoto, a whopping 0.30$. This will certainly my BME there, with almost 3$.  Grin
Nah honestly, they can be good with an EL at almost 20$. My last one was September 2009. Recommended? Hmm... Duncan is a nice guy.  Site is programmed very well. I'm with Duncan's site for 5 years. I just keep uploading. I guess I'm Mother Theresa. Wink

This month is near 3X than last BME on CanStockPhoto. Yes I have one EL but more guest vector sales for 5$ and few 8$ from Fotoserch. They are better than 123rf this month but under BigStock which have freakout with sales much than 3X factor.
