I noticed my vectors are $15 instead of $10 now. Did they raise prices? Was there an overall raise or just for the eps?

Your images are $15 for me. The reason I noticed was because I got a few $7.50 commissions. I didn't know if there was an announcement. Also, it still says $10 on the pricing page.

Now that is weird. Tried in several browsers now and they are all $10 even in the shopping cart. Yours are also $10 for me.

I also had a couple of $7.5 sales some days ago but didn't think too much about it because I've had them before - however, the last one was in June 2010 and those were all guest sales back then. The two I've got here in march are just regular sales but I've also had several $5 and even $2.5 sales afterwards that were all regular EPS sales as well. And I just noticed a couple of $3,75 sales too before that.

Strange! Maybe they are testing the impact of a new pricing structure and deciding whether vectors should cost $5, $7.5, $10 or $15. At least it suggests something is going on..  Huh

It's getting really strange now.
Just tried entering the sales page of one of my vectors from a URL proxy (I'm guessing the server is located in the U.S.) and now it says $15.

So I'm guessing either they want buyers from rich countries to pay more and buyers from poor countries to pay less (hence the $2.5 / $3.75 commissions) OR this is simply a temporary glitch. And I hope it's the latter, because it doesn't sound like a sustainable business model Grin

ETA:

$10 countries

Denmark
Great Britain
France
Poland
Spain
United Arab Emirates

$15 countries

Netherlands
Germany
United States
Sweden

I don't see a pattern, so either a glitch or they're slowly rolling out a new pricing structure across countries - that would be my best guess

Well, the $2.50 vs $5.00 royalties is normal for $10 files. They sell files for half price when you buy credit packs. So the same would be true for royalties of $3.75 vs $7.50 royalties depending on whether the buyer buys credits. Now why sometimes files cost $15 and sometimes they are $10, I don't know. I looked at my sales and they are mixed in together for me as well.  Huh

I got one of those 7.50 sales the other week and couldn't figure it out.  The largest sales I've seen before that were 5.00 vector sales.  Dunno what that's all about maybe they did raise the vector prices?  There's nothing on the forum over there that says anything either.

Maybe Duncan will pop up over here or post something about it over there.  Does raise the curiosity level though.

Hi All,

Nope, it's not a glitch. We occasionally do some market testing; so prices may sometimes vary from one person to another. Our goal is always to maximize your return on investment Smiley
