I uploaded a new vector file last night, and nearly 24 hours later I'm still seeing the following message:

You have 1 EPS files waiting, there are 1424 files ahead of yours in the queue.

From my understanding is that the preview generator is backed up.  I've had similar issues awhile back and it took around 2 days for it to propogate.  Give it another 24 hours if it still hasn't gone through then I'd contact support.  I've never had one go more than 2 when that happens.
