Canva paid double times, normally on last month but now again same amount. Am I only one? I think that some rookie trainee did some mistake :)

Same here-
But the kicker is that December's payout was also wrong. For me anyway - you may want to go back and check your figures.
After a conversation with Lee, I was only paid through the 30th of Dec- The earnings for the 31st were supposed to be applied to the Jan payment.
This is all screwed up.
Lee is away so no point emailing him.

I also got an extra payment for a random amount.  I emailed support but never heard back.  Guess they aren't too concerned.

I never got an extra payment - Lee had said it would be applied to this payment.
Are you just leaving they current erroneous payment in PayPal expecting them to take it back?
This isn't an underpayment for me it's about $100 more that I should have gotten.

I got both.  A random payment back in January in addition to December's payment, and then a repeat of December's payment this week instead of January's amount.

On my side I only got PART of the January payment... I got less than December, and around 600$ LESS than what I should have been paid for January.

When I check the balance to be paid, I get January amount + February amount... Something is off...

On my side payment history is fine, just the Current Balance don't show the right number with the latest payment they made. I am still missing 600$ that did not get paid...

Now that I looked again they are fine, I didn't take in consideration the one month difference.
I think they will deduct the overage from this month's payment from next month's payment.

If you go to your account settings, there is a link to customer support on the right. When they answer you, hold on to this email.

I've just used [email protected] in the past, but apparently they just aren't interested in this issue...

The reply I got:
from precy @ canva.com  on the 9th (that's who Lees's out-of-office email says to contact).

Hi,

We are aware of this and are working on it to fix it. We will send the right amount asap.

Thanks for your patience!

I got this answer from my inquiry about the extra payment back in January (and the problem with the incorrect balance shown in my account).

"The amount you received last 01/24 was from Canva and is a payment for contributors who recently switched to Paypal.

Thanks for your patience!"

I have no idea what that means, and I've used Paypal the entire time.  Oh well.

I also got payment from Canva twice. The same amount in January and the same amount in February. Now, I have minus current balance  :o

I was paid this month for December earnings again, but not paid for actual January earnings. Since December was double I am not complaining but I am sure they will sort it out and claw it back at some point.
