I do find their site difficult to navigate so am probably missing something....however....
Rejection (S) I guess probably means Soft Rejection
ie I can tweak and resubmit if I want.
But is there a way to know WHY it was rejected ie what to tweak?
Or am I completely misunderstanding....
Normally, I wouldn't worry but recently they rejected what I think is a good and commercial photo....

I find they reject anything with text in, doesn't matter if it sells like crazy on other sites.  Most of my sales there are background images that people can write text over.  I don't even look at my rejections now, there's lots of other places to sell them.

How long does it take to have your files reviewed. I uploaded few files about 3 weeks ago, and they are still "In review" mode. After that, I uploaded some more files and those were all already reviewed and approved witihin a week. I don't know, should I reupload or send e-mail to support or what....

usually takes about a week, unless they're sent for 'cut out'

the portfolio total seems to update only during the weekend though

I've never been able to figure out what the S rejection means either.  Sometimes they might not be cut out completely and then it is probably better to do them yourself rather than have them sent to the dreaded cutout queue - I don't think I've had one come back from there yet.

Anyone having any luck getting their images reviewed? I uploaded some photos and PNGs more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing...they're not even in "In review" mode...

I have 18 submitted on Oct 14 still 'in review'

And 23 that have already accepted that were up-loaded between Nov 16-22.

Go figure.

Yeah, I had the same situation, files that were uploaded later were reviewed first.

I also have older files not reviewed before newer ones.

I like the site but contributor end needs major work. Rejection reasons stated and portfolio better displayed and sortable for example.

I've been having problems getting images in the review queue - Filezilla says they are uploaded successfully and then they disappear.  One batch did get through and was reviewed within a few days but the others just disappeared.  Weird - hadn't had many problems previously.  I will write support to try to find out what is going on.

I think, all images dissapear, after you upload them through Filezilla. I also use Filezilla. I just think, that reviewing images is not their priority....

You just need to be REALLY patient, the contributor side of things isn't great at the moment. You upload images, they disappear for sometimes days, sometimes weeks, but I have had ALL of mine show up eventually.

Yeah, I know, but a few months ago, files were reviewed within a week, two at most, but lately it takes more then a month to even get to "In review" stage, just wondering if something is wrong or wut.

Maybe it is different for vectors, but I uploaded my vectors exactly 2 years ago, through FTP. I have no idea if they approved it, or what? I don't even know how to check - I only got an FTP account (which is different from the canva account). I made an account, but that looks like a buyers account. Is there a different account for sellers?

You could go to the account settings page, then admin tab and there you could see your portfolio, sales and payments.
Does anyone know if it is possible to check how many times an item has sold, I only see a list of sold items with id numbers.

So...what did they say?

Lee responded very quickly and said he ran a script that only found two images - the rest appeared either then or just before that.  All have now been reviewed although it took a while, they did them randomly a few at a time.  Uploaded another batch today and will monitor to see if whatever the problem was has been corrected - they haven't showed up in my portfolio yet but it usually takes a few hours, hopefully by tomorrow morning.

Thanks. I uploaded some about two weeks ago or more and still nothing. Also uploaded some more today, will see how it goes, although I doubt they will show up.

This really confused me at first.  I click on my name, top left, then switch from Personal to my contributor user name, by clicking on it (just above +upgrade in the scroll down list).  Then top left again, account settings, admin and view sales and portfolio is in there.  After switching from Personal to my contributor user name, I bookmark my sales page and portfolio page, then I only have to click on them.  If I clear cookies or use a different browser, I have to switch from Personal to my contributor user name again or I get that forbidden page message.
