does it look like it is missing the page images or template or something?

I have included a screenshot of what my screen looks like

Yes, it does!

This morning it was fine but yesterday wasn't. The day before it looked like this for a few hours and looked normal for the rest of the day.

It's been like that for days for me, both on Safari and Firefox.  My guess is that the file disappeared a while ago, and we've been relying on a cached copy in our browser.

Hmm yeah, that sounds like it could be a likely explanation.  They can't be getting too many images submitted if their upload page doesn't work.

Yes, it's missing. But it's just a CSS stylesheet so the problem is totally cosmetic and the page - although ugly - is working anyway as far as uploads are concerned.
