Guys, my ftp doesn't work anymore. I contacted support, but they still didn't answer. Anyone has similar problem?

Thats weird because our FTP should be working fine.. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

FTP is working fine for me.

Perhaps you inadvertently copied your images to the temp folder (i.e. http://ftp://ftp.crestock.com/temp/) instead of the root. I've accidentally done that a few times.

A sign of what rene?  Undecided  A sign that I should stop uploading there or a sign that Josh doesn't care for my problem? Basically, I had problems with rejections at CS in the beginning, but then everything started to run smoothly. I have only one image sold there, but I like the site... But now, when I can't use their ftp normally...

We've tested the FTP servers, and not been able to find any problems this end. As we've not had any further queries about FTP issues, it has to be assumed the problem is local.

Some things to troubleshoot:
- If a firewall or internet security software is installed, make sure that it's not set to block outgoing connections for SmartFTP, this could happen by inadvertently clicking 'never allow' in Norton internet security, for example.
- Make sure the FTP connection mode is set to passive
- set the connection port to 21

Keep trying - FTP problems can be extremely frustrating, but in most cases the problem can be detected locally.

Josh, I am uploading using ftp to 10 stock agencies, and everything except Crestock is working normally. I am sure I did everything right because it's really not some complicated process or maybe I am missing something in the process. This is my log file when I want to connect my Smart ftp to Crestock:
