Hi all,

Just a quick friendly to let you know that the Crestock forum is now up, although a more official release will be coming in the future. We're implementing a few new things on the forum, which will be rolled out over the next few days and weeks. We appreciate your patience in waiting for this release and do also appreciate it has taken somewhat longer time than it really should have.

Also, do encourage you to contact me on the Crestock forums as I will be more active there and have limited time to check by this forum as often as i should. The inspection team and my colleagues are also active there so open communication should be more fluid.

PS. We do seem to be having one or two issues with our helpdesk enquiry form. Apologies to anyone affected by this, the team is working on rectifying this shortly.

For General Help:

or for enquiries about image inspections:

Have a nice weekend,

Josh

The good news would be a raise in the subs commissions that would make it worthwhile uploading again.  It has been a very long wait for something that is essential.  I hope they didn't spend all the money they could be paying us on the forum Grin

My only wish is that they would have a "delete image" button since they don't react to my request to cancel my account. I don't sell my best 10MP shots for 25 lousy cents, sorry.

FlemishDreams,

We may have been experiencing some problems with the helpdesk contact form, following some site upgrades. It seems some mails that helpdesk didn't respond to, simply just weren't received.

Confirm with me josh[at]crestock.com and i will sort it right away.

Amen to that...while the other sites are raising their commissions...including ShutterStock at 37 cents, Crestock is the bottom of the barrel at 25 cents max...what a joke..

I've also stopped uploading to Crestock this summer because for too many sub sales... and sales in general. Maybe if they met the rest of the market for contributor commisions on subs I would be inclined to upload again.... maybe.  Roll Eyes

I stopped upload there because of insane rejections. They are too choosy for my taste, plus they pay only 25 cents per sold image.

I think rejections at Fotolia are much much worse. But Fotolia sells not so bad, that's why I stay with them Smiley
