Hi,

I have already searched about this problem, but couldn't find anything.

Depositphoto constantly changes to the german site (because i am in Austria) and it's really annoying. The problem is that suddenly all my (english) keywords get translated into (bad) german and the whole submitting process takes a lot longer because of this.

Does anyone else have the same problem? Is there a way to solve this, so that it stay's on the english version of the site?

Nearly every time a log in over the past few months, this site is displayed in another European language (I live in South Africa - so no reason for it). I just select English at the language selector drop-down. Never had any of my images translated though.

Just check with their help-desk about this, else, if I where you, I would just change my residence to another country with similar tax setup, but with English as default language.

I've also had the login problem with random languages.  I asked their support about it and got an unhelpful reply that you can just select English again from the menu.  Seems like a bug to me

lol I get the same thing too!! today it's Italian, which is a new one for me.

Hopefully they can be as helpful with this bug as they are being with answering my, I thought very simple, question here: http://www.microstockgroup.com/depositphotos/difference-between-'rank'-and-'level'/msg237226/#msg237226

ditto here.  it is a new language every day... Italian, Russian, German - take your pic.

It should be a pretty simple task to store a cookie with which language we prefer.  Definitely a bug.

Yeah, that is a persistent bug, that our programmers are working on tirelessly at the moment - so far no idea what causes it. Hopefully they´ll figure it out quickly. Sorry!

Tyler, don´t you speak French anyway? Or is it just me being ignorant thinking that you should be speaking French since you´re Canadian?  Tongue

Just because I learned it, doesn't mean I know it Smiley
Some Canadians are better at French than others.. some are totally fluent, others, like myself are... well.. not.
