DepositPhotos new pricing will likely result in subscription only sales.  Hopefully they will change their policy.  If not I believe phasing out my portfolio at DepositPhotos is the best option available.

Seems like with the Stocksubmitter tool you can 47 in one run now. After that you have to go to the website, deactivate 1 or 2 manually, get through the "i'm not a robot" test, then start the tool again.

Yes, they made a capcha yesterday to not let us delete files fast. And also they stopped a counter of images on their site (and adding virtual +1 every 90 sec).

StockSubmitter can not go over capcha but you can run it and when you see that process became slow just delete one file manually (you don't need to stop Submitter for that) and then it will continue.

Oh, thanks for the tip, I didn't realize that i haven't had to stop the stocksubmitter process

Desintegrator, my stocksubmitter had downloaded new update this morning. Since than I can scedule 300-400 images for deactivation at once, observing the moving green bar. When it gets stuck, I go to the "images online" page, deactivate one manually, and pass "I am not a robot". This restarts scheduled deactivation. I am almost through, thank God!

12. We have an exciting announcement
13. You'll make it up in volume.
14. We are targeting people who wouldn't pay for images anyway.

Their image counters add EXACTLY 40 images per hour in EVERY category: photos, vectors, editorial and video. ;D

What a drama going on...

I have earned $28 in 15 months with a port close to 1,000 images, or $1.8 per month... With their payout threshold being $50, I will need at least another 12 months to get my first payout, or roughly one payout of $50 in 2.5 years. Clear case for deactivation.

I suggest everyone keep a close eye in the future to make sure your content actually goes and doesn't reappear on the site.

After what happened, I believe  the best think to do is to close / delete account. It is clear that they are not and will not be a trusted agency for us!

I'm not on DepositPhotos, but I've been watching the thread with interest. I must say faking the number of images to cover up a mass exodus is a new low for any stock site. I don't know how anyone can possibly trust them to report anything accurately.

What is typical of this forum is that I see a lot of people complaining here in the MSG PRIVATE CLUB.
But I see nobody complaining on the PUBLIC Depositphotos Facebook page

Agreed it's bad, but I think the most disturbing thing is the road blocks they are putting in place to stop people deactivating images.

ETA surely the fake counter breaks all kind of false advertising laws too?
