On 1st April I've received an email with a 15% discount promo code from "noreply[at]depositphotos.com"

"I didn't know that Depositphotos will take my heard-earned money and suspend my account without any reason.
Their claims of cheapest price with over 2 million happy customers made me believe that I would have a great deal with depositphotos.com"

I have signed up and subscribed for 100 images per day which they charged me $560.15 using skrill payment method.
Invoice No. '- S-1340921
Note: I have everything screen-shots, invoice, payment info, voice recoding and all emails

After 3 days they blocked my account for no reason, without even sending me a notice or warning. I tried to contact them but unfortunately they ignored me and most of time no one answered my call at all. I contacted their live support, and the only message I got from them was "Please, write to support[at]depositphotos.com"
and the only message I got form support was "Your account has been detected as a participant of fraudulent activities." [What Kind of Fraudulent Activities that I am not aware of?]

And any attempt to highlight complaints on their Facebook page leads to an immediate ban.

Before filing a complaint against depositphotos, I tried to contacted but unfortunately all emails and phone calls to seek an explanation have been ignored.
They refused provide me any explanation and refused to refund my money forcing me to contact BBB for help, and once I filed a complaint they sent me a full refund but they are still not explaining why they blocked my account and tried to rob me with no reason.

And It's been almost a month since I filed a complaint with BBB and still no word from Depositphotos.

I'm guessing they think you're downloading your own images?  Do you have images there?

Does Skrill have buyer protection? If so, I would report the case to Skrill and get your money back through them.

Is it a crime?

Yes, it's normally against the rules, especially at subscription sites.  If you download 100 a day, every day, they would pay out more than they took in.

and for your information I don't think I am the only person who was going to lose money they did this to plenty of users over visit http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/photo-finishing-retail/depositphotos-in-fort-lauderdale-fl-90028035

Depositphotos charged thousands of people ($59) for their so called "Free Trial Subscription" not only one time but continued to charge them every month for a Free Subscription or Paid subscription and lots of them never complaint about it.
By the way who starts a lawsuit for $59.

and if you ask them for a refund without filing a complaint they will refuse to refund your money

You got a refund, right? I think that's about the best you can expect.

I'm not saying that what they did is right. Just that considering what seems to be a pattern of behavior with problematic customer service, getting a full refund could be considered a "win" with DP.

I am not saying that they block (suspend) everyone's accounts they are targeting people all around the world.
And I DID NOT go to them they lured me with 15% discount and the live chat support advised me to buy a 100 per day subscription. By the way depositphotos is not the only stock agency in the world why people don't complain about others and search google you will find lots of user scammed by depositphotos

I am using iStockphoto for more than 8 years I never had a problem with them, I used shutterstock, bigstock, dreamstime and 123rf

Have in mind If you keep quiet  :-X, you're next. :'(

Depositphotos was trying to rob me and fortunately I got lucky and they were not able to do it because I filed a complaint.
But before complaining I started to ask people for help I found lots of users that robbed by Depositphotos and many of them never received their money back. I just want to find a way to stop these scammers and I will not stop fighting against them.
I live with law and Depositphotos is living other side of law.
I hate criminals
