Yeah, it's really odd.  You go to something a buyer would do, like view a portfolio and you're no longer "logged in".  I believe they are trying to merge the two functions.

On DP there is a different login needed for a buyer and contributor account, same as on Shutterstock. If you create a buyer account it will keep you logged in, but its not really the same account then.
