Anyone else not seeing their sales registered on Dreamstime today?
I've been watching my grand total number in the upper right of the screen grow throughout the day, but none of those sales are showing up in the Earnings page.
I'm used to there being a lag time... I often catch the revenue number in the upper right getting bigger before the most recent sales post on the Earnings page... but that lag is typically just a matter of minutes. Today, however, I have not seen a sale register in the detailed Earnings page, but I know there have been sales all throughout the day from watching the number.
Anyone else having this problem today?

There's another problem as well: uploaded images don't show up as Unfinished Files. I've tried the same photos twice now, and even after more than 12 hours, there's nothing there  |

Same problems here lately.
Sale showed in earnings but took 24hrs to show up on the actual image.
Took 4 tries at FTP and one of browser upload to get a file into pending.

Seems to be a 2-3 day lag in reporting. I think it's happened before a few times. Not too concerned yet.

The problem was fixed some time Sunday evening (EST), and everything has been reporting as normal since then... at least for me anyway.

I haven't been able to get rid of my "unread comments" that show up and have had "3" showing for about a year now that just won't go away? very annoying.
Also... are you allowed to put your name in your keywords on DT?

you have with DT the option in the advanced search to show images only from a specific contributor. So it is not necessary to include your name in the keywords.

I don't think it is expressly forbidden but they probably prefer you not to do it. It came to light that some folk were doing it when one such person complained that others were copying his keywords including his personal moniker. |
