Topic: Files from ftp not showing again??

I uploaded a batch by ftp this morning and they still aren't in the "unfinished files" section. I thought maybe I skipped Dreamstime when I was uploading to all the sites so I tried again this afternoon and they still aren't there.

Is it just me?

there seemed to be upload probs there earlier today. I managed to find only 3 out of 9 from my FTPed batch and but when I tried to upload one at a time error messages -

working now 10pm GMT though

me too. i just finished trying to upload an image. got ERROR after uploading it .
so i tried a second time. same ERROR message.

i wrote SUPPORT to tell them.

Do the images eventually turn up when all is well, or do I need to reupload them later?

I uploaded a small batch last night, and they never showed up in the unfinished files section. So I uploaded them again. And waited. Still a no show. So I uploaded one via their web page thingy and it went fine. Checked this morning and still no sign of my FTP'ed files.

Sent another small batch this morning. They showed up shortly after. The batch from yesterday still wasn't there so I reuploaded for the 3rd time, and a short time later they also appeared. So it appears all is well now.

I uploaded a test file over an hour ago, and it still hasn't shown up in "Unfinished Files". Embarrassed

it is working fine for me. It took a few minutes as usual and the files were there.

it didn't work yesterday for me, but today everything worked just fine as usual.

I've been checking, and it took until now before it finally showed up.

Maybe it was just a temporary glitch ... or maybe the system just doesn't like me. Grin
