Topic: Images downloaded not appearing in My Earnings in DT?

I went through the first 5 pages of Online Files in DT, there are 6 files marked downloaded. The 5 pages are the latest approved files in order.

When I look at My Earnings I can only see the first file being reported but not the other 5 files. (I would hate to go through the rest of 200 pages.)

Can anyone explain it?

I don't believe that anyone here can answer such a detailed question that applies to your specific account. Have you tried contacting their Support? They usually get back to you quickly (after the weekend).

Have you checked your "Online Files" and see those marked downloaded are all reported in "My Earnings"?
