I decided to try Dt´s keymasterprogram a few weeks ago. I checked it up today and  was surprised.  A 3d render of a megaphone with a cord and microphone.

Keywords are:
3d, abstract, art, artistic, artistry, artwork, background, blue, button, design, designing, device, graphic, illustrated, illustration, instrument, loud, lodspeaker, mic pattern, speaker, wire

Half of them are questionable but the rest is a joke Huh

And they cannot be edited by me until reviewed by Dt´s editors ??  Strange that it´s approved and up for sale before that?

3D render illustration loudspeaker speaker mic microphone communication broadcast broadcasting device electronics object megaphone address addressing public sound loud amplification voice amplifier amplify
The title should not be "loud speaker" but simply "megaphone illustration".

I heard (gossip circuit so perhaps not true) that especially East-Europeans joined the keymasters bandwagon for the easy $bucks$. They should limit that program to native English speakers with extensive experience in stock photography tagging. You should report it on the DT forum or with support, so they can get rid of people keywording that badly. The essential keyword "megaphone" is missing.

(nice illustration!)

Aha! That's why some of the bad keywords I report (I only do it when I run across something in a search that drives me totally crazy) never get changed - they are agency keyworded images! What is with the use of art, artistic, artistry (I see it on many images), aren't most images entitled to these keywords? Design? Designing?

The entire keywording issue is fishy, to me.  "Your keywords suck but we can fix it ... for a moderate fee."
More revenue from the contributors ... even when images don't sell?   Tongue

I don't think it's easy bucks to write keywords. We all know it's the most boring.

It is! But they should limit the program to native English speakers. I guess DT is anxious too to get this kind of feedback.
