Is it possible to se refunds on DT? I'm pretty sure, I have 4$ less on my balance then yesterday.

I just got one too for $0.32. This was such an old download that I can't even remember it.
What kind of people are not ashamed to take back $0.32 after they used the image for a long while. I just can't believe this.

DT has the download date on file but they can't provide it for us or any other detail.

Same here, ridiculous. I have the same sort of nonsense now and again on 123RF months later.

I contacted support and they said (besides the usual):

"There are also special cases when we are notified by banks that we must issue refunds and withdraw the licenses."

That is what I don't understand, how can they withdraw the license, that is impossible.
