Title: 12-week trend graph
Post by: Stockmaan on January 05, 2019, 12:55
My 12-week trend graph freeze at year 2018. No update for2019 yet.

Is just me? Is this bug?

Thanks and all best in 2019!

I see the same.  Week beginning Dec 21 still shows zero.  Clearly a bug.

Same here. My chart was dropping off abruptly at the end of December, not showing the sales since then.

SO… I played around with the settings and discovered that I can get results for either downloads or revenues, just not both of them together, as was the case before. And "activity" consistently shows a flat line, which isn't encouraging (not to mention not true).

ADD TO THAT… the only way I can get accurate results for the current month is by manually changing:

a) the start-date of the range, which always is set to today's date,
b) the end-date of the range, which always is set to October 2018,
and
c) the "activity" setting.

Even if I've repeatedly changed the start date to Jan 1, 2019, it always reverts to *today's date* of 2019. Today it started at Jan 5, 2019. Tomorrow it will start at Jan 6, 2019, which means I won't see any record of sales for the entire current month if I forget to manually reset BOTH the start date AND the end date.

WHICH MEANS… all that laborious work-around only gets results for the current search. The next time I go in to check, it will start at the current date of 2019 and end in October **of last year**, which means it doesn't work at all without manually resetting everything again.

FURTHERMORE… the "available earnings" total at the top right of the page does not match the "Earnings" total just below the gray line.

This is a really poor showing for a high-tech company like Adobe. Sorry to say that, because I really like contributing to Adobe, but it's true.

Just you, my sales are triple and each income is at least double.

Oh and I am totally lying. There are content errors, the dates are wrong, the graph line is flat from Dec 24th on into the new year. I'd think by now that someone would have noticed it's 2019 and could have fixed the code?  :)

It's just the graph, I have sales as expected and images have been approved during that time.

This is a known issue that started on January 1. It is expected to be resolved within this week. Your commissions are still being applied to your account in real time, it's a display bug within the statistics. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

It was back yesterday, just in case anyone hasn't mentioned that.
