thank you Madelaide. Now I can notify this person that he is violating the terms of contract, having exclusive images at FT, but the same exact in DT at least (I haven't checked others).

Go get him. I wonder how long he got away with that.

Could you see when he joined DT?

2007. I cannot know anyway when he joined Fotolia. I hope he can give me some reasonable answer. I always presume 'innocence' before condemning somebody, so the benefit of doubt I can still give him for a little while...

Is he total exclusive or only some images exclusive? Did you find that out?
If he is exclusive with Fotolia (or DT for that matter) and he has the same portfolio at any other site - it's beyond benefit of the doubt.

exclusive images is almost sure, as the price tell me that. Exclusive photographer, i cannot know but I would say no, as some photos are not priced at the 3 credits for XS. It would be really weird that an exclusive would keep images at 1 credit!
at DT definitely not an exclusive photographer.

If he has an exclusive image at Fotolia and the same image at DT, he is still violating the exclusivity terms. If it is just one or two images, it could be just a mistake, as in he forgot he marked an image exclusive and then accidentally uploaded it somewhere else. If it's a bunch of images, then I'm guessing intentional.

It seems it's not just one image, so if it's an accident, someone needs to rethink his image managing system...

What if it's all his "exclusive" portfolio that is also at DT. What should we do?

This means Extra Small image size as I think.
For 3 credit they sale you image and you earnings depends of canister or rating.
