fotolia by miles...and one question, anybody saw where has gone the credits sales?
in january zero sales over 99 cents,..mostly 36 cent...lacking the quantity of ss sales this is getting pretty scaring, and this is happening near the timeline of the closing of fotolia, maybe adobe will become  the new 123rf?   hope not.

Sales above $0.99 can also come from AS with nothing mentioned on the credit field. See this one from today, for example:

If it's anything what happened to Elance when it got absorbed by another company, then good luck cause usually they don't listen to people who actually get work from those places.  In other words Tough! You use it and you will like it.  :-\

When I see the result of the poll I think that the people who have voted for Adobe have never used Fotolia (Or they work for Adobe and Logitech :D)

Same to me.
this January is my worst month since I'm at fotolia so far, for over 10 years.
But I don't wonder about it, because all the fotolia buyers are now extremely forced to move to adobe stock and buy abos. So some do and some don't, or go somewhere else.
Also the pics that before sold with an extended licenses are almost gone, or going out by much lower prices, where I cant see a system behind...

I switched to the Adobe site a long while back. It's much better. I used to pop into Fotolia for stats info, but I can't say I do that much more.

Fotolia!  I have been trying to delete some photos uploaded but not submitted.  Deleted keywords etc like they said--- nothing.  Only thing I do like about AS presentation is bigger images.   The rest is not user friendly.

Go to Adobe to delete. Do you want a screen shot with instructions? I can do that. Delete image in Uploaded Files  https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/uploads

It's amazing to me how website 'designers' never actually try and use the page they have designed. Getting contributors to move the mouse and click all over the screen is just bad design.

Look at the new Adobe 'Insights' page. It's now 4 clicks just to see your Activity Statistics. It used to be one click.

Who at Adobe thought it best for us to see the 'Contributors of the Week' before our own statistics?

Bookmarks in your browser are your friend.

https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings

Mark it, now one click.

My bookmark bar is full so move mouse to top of screen, two clicks, move mouse back.

LOL it isn't really all that complicated, and I think you are just trying to be difficult and find something to complain. How do you look at sales on iStock - how many clicks?  :) Shutterstock? And you use the bookmarks FOLDER not put everything on the tool bar. Alamy? How do you get to Adobe without a bookmark in the first place?

Make the https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings  your main bookmark for Adobe! Remove the old one if you insist on using the tool bar for all the bookmarks on your computer. See it's easy if you try.  8)

I do not upload to iStock.

You don't seem to realize that opening a bookmarks folder is several mouse moves and clicks. Do that everyday for years and you will see why I am complaining. The Fotolia process used to be one click.

. . . and yes, one of the factors I decide on before uploading to a site is how time consuming is the upload.

You don't upload to Pond5 then because you have to log on every time you go there. And you don't use a bookmark folder because that's too many clicks. But you won't bookmark the right page that a few people have told you, because you want to find complaints. Other have real complaints about what's missing, you have too many clicks when you spend all day on the computer doing the same everyplace you go.

I know some people like the stats and they are already there on FT, which leads me to think they will be added in time. The system is already working at FT the same links for the same data should be easy to add. Adobe already added interface that's better, more modern for keywords, submission and other features. Sales are more important then watching rank and views.

Fotolia stats are no longer available as of today. High time to learn, move to, and accept Adobe look.

Trying to access the management area for uploading/portfolio etc on AS but can't find it. All I can find is my account overview/profile. Good start! Any help appreciated.

Both disappointing news I hope this is to make the information on AS.

Hi everyone,

I just got some files approved but FT is closed, as you all know.

While I can live with seeing just a thumb of my images, I would like to see my videos in action.
Is there a way to see our videos playing on Adobe site? I can't find it, I can only see the thumbnail of the video.

Thanks for any help.

I've found it but now I have another question: when I go to my port on buyer site, the images in my port are in a random order and I don't see how to filter by new (at least).
This is how the menu looks like for me:

I just checked and many features are still there on FT site (in the sidebar), just uploads are disabled:

- My credits
- My files
- Statistics
- Convert my credits

are still working.

Adobe takes what feels like an eternity to load compared to the rest.

Reality check.  I just timed it and it was only 8 seconds.   But it still felt like an eternity.  How can 8 seconds feel like forever when you are checking numbers?

It's really slow compared to Fotolia. Btw is there a way to load directly the latest activity? Right now I have to make 2 extra clicks every time I check my sales since the default data type is top sellers. Not to mention waiting for the pages to load.

all model released not in the photo...needs to upload again and index all photos...the only things they would have had to change is still there, the fact that in the description there is the title of ipct embedded files, while description who is the most important for stock is not embedded, so every time you had to change copy and past all title with the description field of lightroom...what a bunch of idiot company....and clearly they take out all the goods of fotolia.....

What's annoying at the moment is they've shut FT down before they've transferred any of the ranking details over to AS.

I've been using the statistics (insights) page at AS for the last few weeks. It isn't bad, has plenty of positives but it is slow and missing a number of stats that are on FT, views and US/Non-US split. Hopefully they'll sort that out soon. It's been mentioned that the issues over the insights page not remembering what you input and changing back to a FT date range is being looked at.

Funnily, my main issue with the AS site is that it displays earnings in 's. Even though that is my currency, my head is used to seeing earnings in $'s . It would be handy if you could change the displayed currency while retaining 's for payment.

Will Adobe Stock phaseout the Fotolia Ranking System, there is no mention on the Adobe Site of a Ranking System, this could seriously cut our revenue.
