Yes, it's driving me nuts!  But thankfully my sales there have been abysmal!  Who'da thunk it!

Yup. here too. I remember when v2 first came out there were a lot of complaints about the emails not going out and they said that there wasn't a problem, emails are being sent, the problem must be on your end, etc.

Wonder who discovered the switch was in the off position somewhere?

I think they must still be working on ironing out the bugs.  It's sad.  I used to like FT a lot, but with all the problems, including the ridiculous rejections they've been handing out recently, coupled with the complete lack of communication, as well as the apparent lack of caring whether or not they succeed,  I think they are no longer worth the effort.  Too bad.

Just for fun, I just posted the following on the FT forum.

"Dear member, in our continued effort to debug V2, we have discovered a glitch in our automated email server that has been buffering sales emails. We have solved the problem, and all of the sales emails sent since the inception of V2 will be sent to your email address over the next few days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we thought it best to allow all of the emails to go out in the interest of our continued effort at communication. Thank you and please let us know if you experience any further problems.

Didn't everyone get this note?

No?

Me either.

I also got a lot of those.  I had been to FT before reading my email, so I knew it wasn't true.  I wished sales had resumed to me, one week now without any...

Regards,
Adelaide

i wonder who FT's email service provider is?  they should just get aweber or one of those other services to do it. thats an easy problem to fix but annoying to get all those emails.

I wonder who holds the record for the most "Image sold today" e-mails from Fotolia, two weeks ago, I received 410, yep, four hundred and ten e-mails over 5 days-all for the sale of a single image-a FREE ONE!

Regards, Ken
