Author Topic: Fotolia earning credit disappearing twice for 0.31  (Read 2122 times)

Hi!

Today I sold 5 subs and now I noticed that one hour ago my earning credit amount was reduced for 0.31 and now againe for 0.31. In "Contents" tab still showing all my sold images.


Has any of you that already happened ?

These things are sometimes to do with which server it is connected to.  Wait 24 hours and see if it all sorts itself out.  Or look to see if a refund has been given.
