Yes.  I've been using an old Shutterstock release, from which I removed their name.  All the agencies continue to accept it without complaint, with the exception of iStockphoto.

Since Istock has gotten so picky I have begun using the Getty generic release.  It is accepted by Istock and all the other sites also.

No... Dreamstime don't accept that MR in some cases!

Thanks for sharing Lisa. I got some other generic MR.
Albert Martin, do you know the reason why they don't support this MR?

Getty's releases are accepted as is everywhere except Dreamstime . To suit them you just need to replace the part in bold with your/model's country -

I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and
perpetual, and will be governed by the laws (excluding the law of
conflicts) of the country / state from the following list that is nearest
to the address of the owner or authorized representative given
opposite:
New York, Alberta, England, Australia and New Zealand

Ah.  I do that anyway by default.  Must be why I have had no trouble getting the release accepted.

Lisa,

Exactly what language do you replace it with?

^^ I just left New York and deleted the others, since New York is the option that is closest to me and my models.

If you and your model aren't from countries listed in that MR then you will get it rejected. You should add country of model there...

Yes. Don't look further. A generic model release accepted by all sites, based on the Getty one but with the Getty specifics removed. Here (Word doc format).

(country of jurisdiction to be filled in by that of the photographer - if a model likes to sue me, it can come to my place, I'm not going there.)

(a few fonts changed since DT complained once that the fonts of "shoot" date weren't readable enough)
