1. Fotolia seems to have been offline since last night - does anyone know whats going on?

2. I have had uploads waiting for approval for a week and a half now (its normally same day or the day after) - has anyone had experience of this in the past? By my own admission they are particularly good images and I am keen to see them accepted or rejected. Has anyone had to prompt Fotolia to review an image in the past?

1) No, I haven't had any problems getting on the site.
2) No, I've never had an image seriously forgotton or lost in the queue. Normal pending time for non-exclusives is 5 days, the longest I've waited was 7 days. Next day or the day after, as you say, that's the normal pending time for full-exclusive members.

ETA: I get an error-page if I try to click onto your portfolio.

I don't if it's only for vectors but my images usually get reviewed around 1 hour after they are posted... it's by far the fastest review among all agencies... and no, I'm not exclusive.

I'm also UK. Access to site is okay but I have images waiting at 3-4 days right now - usual review time is never greater than 24 hours.

I'd drop support a line but they usually ping back with a standard message on review delays.
