For those who are on Fotolia, has anyone noticed if the #s of downloads reflected under Statistics (SOLD FILES, PAID and Subscripttions) are being updated each time there is a download. Mine have remained the same for the last few weeks despite having many downloads since Sad

I know it is hard to check if you have a lot of dns each day, but if you could make a mental note of that number and check if it changes with the next download you have.

I have just emailed support

mine has gone up since I last noticed (last week), couldnt say how much or whether it is correct, just that it is higher.

No problems here either.........number of credits usually goes up even before email notification of the sale reaches my email address.

I suppose you've already tried the most obvious steps: deleting browser cache or using another browser; just to rule out a possible technical problem on local computer

Do you still get sales emails? I don't, although I am supposed to, and set my email filters to accept anything from fotolia.com.
